- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the development process.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- 15 years of experience in DevSecOps, software development, and cloud-native technologies.
- 10 years of experience in architecture and implementation of software delivery platforms.
- 5 years of experience in leadership and management.
- 3 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and pre-sales activities.
- 5 years of experience in attracting and growing diverse talent pools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation and influence ability.
- Strategy and implementation of modern software delivery life cycle, continuous delivery and quality, infrastructure, configuration, pipeline, and policy as code, infrastructure and software security, site reliability, cloud and software migration and modernization, and agile development.
- Preferred or comparable languages, scripts, DSLs: Python, GO, TypeScript, HCL, HEML, REGO, CDKs, and Bash.
