Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Director to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting office and providing financial leadership to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support effective decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Audit and Control: Ensure compliance with standard and local operating procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment.
  • Asset and Liability Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure account balances are supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Working Capital and Cash Control: Monitor and manage working capital and cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Capital Expenditure Planning: Assist with capital expenditure plans, including Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
