- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant service
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the auto finance industry
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications
- Fluency in English
Work Schedule:
Availability to work 48 hours per week, with schedules falling within the time frame of 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. Depending on department requirements, a 6-day or 5-day schedule may be assigned for at least 6 months.
