About the Role

Porch Group is a leading software company transforming the home services and insurance industries. We're seeking a highly organized and research-driven Business Development Research Coordinator to support our Business Development team.

As a Business Development Research Coordinator, you will establish a research-driven process to fuel our outbound prospecting motion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching relevant publications and newsletters to prospect from
  • Identifying upcoming events and conferences to prospect attendees
  • Utilizing MS Dynamics to prepare target lists
  • Preparing lists of accounts and prospects
  • Checking prospects against account lists for existing relationships
  • Pulling and organizing account lists in Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting with follow-up copy for trending blogs, eBooks, webinars, and other content for our nurture track sequences

  • Proficient with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
  • A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload, and a laptop or desktop computer that meets our minimum requirements
