Your Role: Logistics Operations Coordinator

This role is ideal for impact-driven individuals passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. As a key partner in our success, you will contribute your talents, quirks, and dedication to championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage order processing and fulfillment for B2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and dropship/marketplace channels.
  • Create and fulfill orders across all channels.
  • Engage with and support day-to-day 3PL and warehousing activities.
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer experience issues related to shipping, fulfillment, and order processing.
  • Support and manage backorder and preorder program on the website.
  • Support product operation needs for shipping samples and other products to partners and internal teams around the US and globe.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including brand marketing & product to support business supply chain activities and initiatives.
  • Create weekly reports and insights on operational activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business/supply chain or a similar field of study.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in supply chain or fulfillment operations at a digitally native or D2C e-commerce brand in consumer goods.
  • At least 2 years experience working with either an ERP or Order Management Systems (OMS) and 3PLs.
  • Familiarity or experience with platforms such as Fulfil, Shopify, and Easypost preferred.
  • Experience with order management.
  • A 'no-task-too-small' attitude and excellence in process and execution.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on location and experience.
