Position Overview:

As an Account Executive specializing in customer service at Carolina Logistics, you will play a vital role in bridging our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve KPIs related to the number of meetings and calls, both online and offline, to effectively showcase the company's services.
  • Create comprehensive proposals that detail tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, including terms and service agreements.
  • Keep precise and current records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in the air freight industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Executive.
  • Experience in the logistics sector, particularly within the air freight domain.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (conversational level).
