About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Alastin portfolio to healthcare professionals in the dermatology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish and execute local sales strategies to achieve divisional goals.
  • Implement and monitor plans to increase divisional efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on function results and explain deviations to the Sales Manager.
  • Propose initiatives to the Sales Manager to improve divisional results, as well as communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve expected results.
  • Visit healthcare professionals to promote and sell Alastin products based on consumer needs and highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Process orders, manage pending orders to ensure customer experience.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and potential.
  • Develop existing clients to ensure they attend Galderma's Medical Education Programs and understand and experience the complete portfolio of products.
Requirements
  • Education/Training: Bachelor's degree. Desirable in medical-biological areas.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years in sales. Preferably 1-3 years in high-specialty medical devices.
