Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and project management, with excellent English skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update purchase orders in our accounting system based on data from our project management tool.
  • Support month-end close activities and ensure monthly spend data is correctly transferred to our finance tool for month-end accruals.
  • Support process automation to reduce manual tasks to a minimum.
  • Cooperate with our internal Finance Operations team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queries.
  • Develop very good communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
