About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role will involve providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Manage multiple priorities, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English (B2+ level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
