Sequoia Connect is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant and Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Management Operations Team, you will provide administrative support to our Managers and People Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities will include generating customer invoices, managing client accounts, and performing general office work such as copying, faxing, and filing. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to our Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative and accounting functions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and G-Suite
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
