About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Infosys Limited. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciliations, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Perform quality assurance audits and provide feedback to associates
  • Verify tax treatment policies and procedures are applied during invoice processing
  • Conciliate payments, GL, and bank accounts
  • Execute tax validation processes
  • Update and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide support to new joiners
Requirements
  • Accountant or related degree
  • SAP AP module or similar
  • English (Advanced level)
  • Excel (advanced level)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years previous Accounts Payable experience
  • 2 years previous experience in tax calculations and treatment
  • 2 years previous experience in statement reconciliation
  • Experience working in a Global delivery environment
  • Experience with Mexican tax legislation
