Operative Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the consolidation of data sources across the organization, ensuring calculations align with Central.
  • Ensure the adoption and penetration of digital databases across the organization by coordinating with project managers and providing training sessions to key stakeholders.

  • Connect to different databases (Oracle, SQL, PI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dataflows).
  • Maintenance of Databases.
  • Generate Dashboards to detect improvement areas.
  • Generate proposals to improve efficiency, increase reliability, and reduction of costs.
  • Data analytics to generate insights to give value to the company.
  • Generate prediction models that allow decision making.
  • Generate digital proposals to maximize user experience.
  • Support to implement and follow-up of new initiatives and digital tools.
  • Lateral leadership to navigate across different levels of the organization.
  • Prepare presentations to senior management for decision making.
  • Data Management.
  • Time and project management (Manage workload peaks, timely delivery).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Information Technology area.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in Online Databases.
  • Preferred previous experience in Cement Industry.
