Cloud Engineering Technical Support Specialist

The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer engagement and ensuring successful contractual agreement and service delivery for SAP Cloud Customers.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual with excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills to manage customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal support. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, as well as proficiency in English and additional local languages.
This role involves seamless collaboration with Project Leads and internal delivery teams to ensure committed scope of delivery throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. Key tasks include supporting sales to delivery handover, customer onboarding, and de-escalations of critical customer situations.
The Technical Customer Engagement Manager will also contribute to customer release and maintenance activities, support customers on technical requirements, and execute problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements- Engineering graduate with minimum 4+ years of work experience as SAP technical consultant
- 2+ years in customer-facing role (consulting, IT support, IT services etc.)
- Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making abilities
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application
