**Job Description**
This role involves providing level two support to customers using Google Cloud Platform products. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage customer problems, and develop knowledge of Google's product technology and underlying architectures.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have 6 years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language and working with systems administration, networking, or web technologies. You should also have strong communication skills and be able to advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage customer issues through accurate diagnosis and resolution
- Develop knowledge of Google's product technology and underlying architectures
- Work as part of a team to provide 24-hour customer support
