Key Responsibilities- Lead the Analytics Agenda: Align our analytics agenda with sector priorities to drive business decisions.
- Develop Key Capabilities: From reporting and analytics to collaborating with commercial teams and markets for a comprehensive view.
- Coordinate Tracking and Provide Insights: Monitor performance and highlight key opportunities to maximize value.
- Evolve the Value Realization Model: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and monetize strategies.
- Implement and Evolve POCs: Oversee proof-of-concept implementations in each market to refine and enhance the analytics model.
- Build Stakeholder Trust: Be a strategic partner by understanding business context and ensuring effective coordination with the Perfect Store LATAM team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in Data Modeling is a must.
- Skills: Strong quantitative skills and a deep proficiency in analytics, programming skills in Python, Scikit-Learn, or similar tools, version control and code management skills, business acumen, project management skills, and people-oriented skills.
