Senior Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive top-line revenue growth and expand our presence in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers, developing strategies to penetrate top-tier accounts, and managing key customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pursue and close complex deals with global companies generating revenues exceeding $2 billion and +5,000 Headcount
- Negotiate and close sales transactions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with C and VP-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer success
About the Role:
- Salary: $160,000 MXN per year
- Commission: $160,000 MXN per year (performance-based)
- Full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS environment sales or solution engineering
- Proven track record of success in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals
