Drive Top-Line Revenue Growth with Trust People

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive top-line revenue growth and expand our presence in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers, developing strategies to penetrate top-tier accounts, and managing key customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and close complex deals with global companies generating revenues exceeding $2 billion and +5,000 Headcount
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with C and VP-level decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer success

About the Role:

  • Salary: $160,000 MXN per year
  • Commission: $160,000 MXN per year (performance-based)
  • Full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS environment sales or solution engineering
  • Proven track record of success in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals
  • Experience working with global companies and C-level executives
  • Fully bilingual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
