Regional Sales Lead for Citi in Sinaloa

The Regional Sales Lead is a senior-level position responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across the assigned district or location. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent relationship-building skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Division Managers and Area Directors to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives
- Collaborate with area Directors to integrate sales processes and implement successful marketing programs
- Manage the consumer pipeline products division-wide
- Coach and mentor area Managers and Branch Managers to enhance sales performance and customer experience
- Develop and maintain key relationships with Sales Directors and circulate best practices within the division
- Communicate business strategy, customer offers, and marketing campaigns to staff effectively
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts within the community and targeted industry segments to create growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales or marketing management
- Working knowledge of the financial industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats
- Sales management skills, including coaching, training, and meeting facilitation
- Ability to quickly grasp technical financial information
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
