We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Latam Seller Success team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Service Providers Network (SPN) program in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with internal teams to identify gaps in selling partners' capabilities and determine services to be offered through third-party service providers.
- Define service scope, find and develop partners to deliver organic and new business growth to Amazon's marketplaces.
- Launch new services/partners and drive adoption by selling partners, ensuring operational rigor and designing high business impact processes.
- Track and report KPIs for all services, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
The Partner Development team is part of the Seller Success team, focused on building and developing partners to scale our recruiting capability and seller support. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with our business development and product management teams to map gaps in selling partners' capabilities and provide relevant partner services.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of working cross-functionally with non-tech teams experience.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookUps, and data cleansing.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Advanced-level Excel skills, including SQL.
