Summary: At The Coca-Cola Company, we are seeking a highly organized and diligent Inventory and Materials Coordinator to support our mission of delivering world-class products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate processes in line with Business Excellence and KORE requirements on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
  • Promote Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Lead the inventory Cycle Count Process and annual physical counts.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly Inventory Accuracy reports.
  • Manage non-conformities found during counts and coordinate inventory adjustments.
  • Train warehouse associates on ITS mobile applications and Warehouse Management.
  • Collaborate with Finance on materials classification (ABC) for inventory control.
  • Update Material Master Data and coordinate with New Product integrations.
  • Track Non-Conforming Material (NCM) temporary locations.
  • Handle Financial Audits and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate MRB routines and manage plant write-offs.
  • Guide strategies to reduce inventory risks and improve processes.
  • Analyze historical indicators for MRB-related metrics.
  • Report Financial Inventory Losses Accrual and maintain disposal process records.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor inventory loss provisions and coordinate Non-Conforming Material disposals.
  • Execute management responsibilities for Cycle Count and Non-Conforming Material Operators.
  • Conduct safety, environmental, and quality assurance training for staff.
  • Participate in health, environmental, and safety programs.
