**Job Summary**

You will play a key role in driving the implementation of digital strategies for quality control areas, impacting a large user population to enhance their work experience in laboratories. As the Associate Director QC IT, you will join the Quality IT Global Team and be responsible for supporting the delivery and operations of IT applications that enable quality control laboratories across all Novartis Operations sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with Novartis Quality Control personnel to understand business needs and priorities, and deliver solutions to meet end-user requirements.
  • Collaborate with external teams to support the delivery and operations of LabWare LIMS.
  • Deliver and maintain key CSV documentation to support process design and implementation in a complex QC area.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share learnings and experiences across teams to implement best practices for Novartis operations.
  • Identify, shape, and prioritize technology enhancements for QC-IT systems.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of LabWare LIMS.
  • Participate in vendor governance activities and other tasks as required by management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Quality Control area.
  • LIMS Administrator or Super User experience (LabWare LIMS is preferred).
  • Proficiency in English.
