**Customer Service Senior Analyst**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Senior Analyst to join our team at Pkc Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal and external clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage demand information from EDI systems to ensure accurate requirements are provided to our manufacturing plant.
• Analyze and interpret historical and forecasted data to inform business decisions.
• Monitor and verify EDI transmissions, including entering, modifying, or cancelling orders or lines.
• Identify and address past due requirements with customers.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in demand/requirements from customers.
• Establish production priorities through effective communication and analysis of customer usage.
• Receive, assess, and convey customer inquiries and complaints to the appropriate Pkc Group team.
• Follow up on customer issues until resolution.
• Foster on-time delivery by monitoring requirements, scheduling shipping methods, and providing clear information to our manufacturing plant.
• Negotiate shipping plans, chargebacks, and other related topics with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Comply with environmental, safety, and health regulations and requirements set by our customers and other stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Advanced English skills (fluent).
• Strong Excel skills and statistical analysis and data mining expertise.
• Logistics knowledge and automotive industry experience.
• Competencies in managing work, customer orientation, decision-making, resolving conflicts, and communication.
