Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and feedback. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution of claims and complaints, adhering to consumer protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support for billing inquiries, service requests, and sales assistance, while addressing system failures and capacity challenges.
  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex escalated issues, collaborating with development and sales teams as necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze customer interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate updates about new products or changes to existing offerings to clients.
  • Administer and maintain customer data systems in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field is required.
