Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Restock linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed
  • Participate in deep cleaning and refurbishment projects to ensure the hotel's overall aesthetic appeal
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
