Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA administration.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
