Product Manager for Growth and Innovation

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our product lines. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for setting strategy, providing direction, and driving innovation to achieve business results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Product Managers to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team.
- Oversee strategic program roadmaps, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product.
- Oversee day-to-day product management for core products, including product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies.
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
- Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business, requiring coordination and integration across units.
- Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of program life cycle management, including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.
- Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals.
- Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions, and client management.
- Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage ongoing relationships, engage in negotiations, and prepare agreements.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics.
- Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development, and knowledge of various analytical tools.
- Comfortable with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy with tight timescales.
- Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Core Trade organization and products.
- Operations product knowledge/experience.
- Client Delivery, Customer oriented background.
- Knowledge of International Trade rules and practices.
- Ability to coordinate with Sales Team in order to originate and close deals.
