PepsiCo is a leading global food and beverage company that is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Latam Workforce Management IT Deployment Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the deployment of UKG Dimensions in Latam, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with Latam IT Leads and business teams to ensure a seamless migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for Latam, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated and functioning as expected.
  • Lead the quality assurance planning and execution for Latam, ensuring that all systems meet the required standards.
  • Support HR OPS with Latam site deployment coordination, ensuring that all deployments are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on IT deployments.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Managed Service Partners.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions/Kronos Workforce Central, Dell Boomi integrations, and SAP Payroll.
  • Experience in supporting production systems with a global user base.
  • Experience using ServiceNow, MyIT Portfolio, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, MS Project, and other supporting tools.
Competencies
  • Ability to communicate with various teams, business units, and IT users.
  • Ability to listen to end-user requirements and take appropriate action based on PepsiCo's guidelines.
  • Problem-solving skills.
