We are seeking a highly skilled Field Account Manager to join our team. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure they get the most out of our products and services
- 4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in a professional services or software industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
