Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting RUCKUS team sales and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Energetically support field sales teams and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem partners.
  • Utilize CommScope's internal resources to meet customer expectations and manage opportunities in CRM.
  • Implement the CommScope Sales Methodology and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC.

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish Language (written and spoken).
  • 6 months previous B2B selling experience in similar area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM (Salesforce) tool experience.
  • Sales experience in similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Innovation through outstanding ideas and proposal to the team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
