Order Management Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:
Celanese International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate order entry and management, ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
- Manage orders defects in open order report, conducting daily reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to achieve an OTD (On-Time Delivery) rate of 90% or greater.
- Resolve customer inquiries and cases promptly, with minimal supervision, and maintain a resolution rate of less than 1 day.
- Support supply chain projects, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations to meet firm deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and updates of customer master records, ensuring frequent updates.
- Enter quality notifications in a timely manner, with a resolution time of less than 30 days.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service/account management experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.).
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Previous supply chain or customer service experience.
- Good understanding of market dynamics in supply chain logistics.
- Advanced time management skills and ability to self-manage incoming requests and demands based on deadlines and business/customer requirements.
