Your Role
Leverage Lean methodologies and provide expert guidance to drive effective and sustainable value stream enhancements, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and the sharing of best practices. Offer coaching and development opportunities across business units to ensure successful adoption of the Molex Operations System (MOS).

Your Responsibilities
- Align value streams with the vision and strategy of MOS.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Operational Excellence Leader and Manufacturing Manager to maintain the culture of the Molex Operations System.
- Provide guidance, recommendations, and motivation to process owners for optimizing value streams.
- Foster a Lean Production System and Culture:
- Act as a leader, mentor, and coach to integrate MOS principles, values, and philosophies.
- Coordinate with the local Lean rewards and recognition initiatives.
- Partner with Finance to incorporate the impact of Lean-related projects into Molex's financial frameworks.
- Develop and mentor leaders across multiple business units to facilitate and lead Kaizen Events.
- Adhere to all company security and ethics policies.
- Ensure documentation of savings through I-Nexus.
- Monitor project performance in the I-Nexus database to guarantee timely completion and achievement of quality and savings objectives.
- Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean initiatives by following approved practices and procedures, engaging in clean-up activities, and identifying/recommending improvements to management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related field is preferred.
What Will Set You Apart
- At least 1 year of experience supporting and leading Lean & Six Sigma projects with demonstrable results.
- Basic statistical knowledge with the ability to learn and apply statistics to process and product improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
- Preferred experience in plant manufacturing.
- Proven high-level performance in current or previous roles.
- Certifications such as Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Champion.
