About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager at Medallia, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts and lead cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth. You will develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with complex product lines and dynamic customer needs
  • Lead and manage a team of professional services personnel to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve NPS, renewals, and customer expansion metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Foster strong relationships with Fortune 500 C-level customers and drive strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing a Professional Services team in a similar industry
  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or related field
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
  • Proven track record of delivering successful results in NPS, renewal/account expansion metrics, and land & expand enterprise models
