About the role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager Lead to drive sales operations initiatives and manage our valued VIP accounts. You'll be responsible for implementing sales strategies, overseeing new account implementations, and solving time-sensitive sales challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales operations initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of new accounts
  • Solve time-sensitive sales pain points to secure deals
  • Manage existing VIP accounts and assist with new account creations
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales impact in regular reports
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Partner closely with the Albo product team to iterate solutions and drive product strategy aligned with partner needs
  • Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre- and post-product delivery
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization, including account and opportunity management and support case responses
  • Become an expert in Albo products and effectively communicate the company's mission, value proposition, and vision to prospects, customers, and partners

About you

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a business development background focusing on strategic account management and project management knowledge. You should have:

  • A customer-centric approach, constantly thinking about improving the customer experience
  • A hands-on attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships quickly and work cross-functionally
  • Extreme ownership, holding yourself accountable to a high standard
  • Results-driven and data-focused, understanding business metrics and demonstrating insights to drive improvement

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
