Sales Growth Manager

The Enterprise Engagement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to drive sales growth. This role requires collaboration with Senior Enterprise and Enterprise Account Executives to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, triage and qualify inbound lead flow, drive event attendance, and support account research.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities
- Partner closely with your Sr. Enterprise and Enterprise Account Executives to develop territory strategy, prioritizing which target accounts to generate demand in (including the "how" for generating the demand)
- Conduct market research to understand customer organizations, identify key buyer personas, including C-Level contacts, and uncover prospect pain points with the ultimate goal to develop expertise and build credibility when talking with prospects
- Align outreach with marketing efforts, including events and content calendars
- + 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or other related Go to Market (GTM) roles
- + Ability to work in a matrixed environment with product, legal, marketing, finance, and senior leadership to set and execute strategy
- Strong analytical thinking skills: Proven experience to build reports to generate decision making within organizations.
