**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist account managers in reviewing critical dealers/distributors, providing detailed analysis of their financial performance and payment behaviors.

• Work with critical dealers to resolve outstanding concerns and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.

• Communicate with account management and equipment division personnel on potential financial risks and opportunities.

• Develop and train less experienced wholesale support specialists on financial analysis and business programs.

• Identify and collect past due accounts, and analyze dealer/distributor payment behavior to prevent financial issues.

• Enforce settlement requirements to ensure dealers adhere to financial guidelines.

**Requirements:**

• Expertise in negotiating business relationships and managing financial risks.

• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to read and interpret financial documents and agreements.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience working with dealer networks, credit insurers, and inventory verifications.

• Experience in banking or finance, with a focus on credit risk management.

• Experience with digitalization projects and Latin America dealer networks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Master's degree in Business Administration (desired).
