Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Sales Associate to work at our Nike Unite store in Oceanía. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Nike products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through effective selling techniques and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring the shopping experience to meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing best practices and expertise to drive success
- Possess a strong passion for sports and fashion, with a keen eye for style and trends
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Be highly motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior retail experience preferred but not essential
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A competitive salary of $250-$350 per week, depending on experience
