Learning Design Specialist

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Learning Design Specialist to join our team. As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing learning programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies, including classroom, self-directed, and web-based delivery mediums.
- Liaise with business stakeholders, HR professionals, and other teams to deliver learning solutions that meet business needs.
- Help design and develop training solutions for assigned projects, based on analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
- Design and develop data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
- Oversee pre-program and post-program learning experiences to ensure a consistent and seamless approach for a high-quality learner experience.
- Partner with HR professionals and other teams to deploy and execute on processes and reporting.
- Analyze and provide insights into efficient and impactful processes.
- Gain organizational knowledge and skills to deliver quality learning outcomes.
- Participate in employee development and training programs.
- Assess needs and results, develop new programs, and modify existing programs.
- Manage the logistics surrounding learning programs, including setting up vendors, building classes in the learning management system, coordinating support for virtual instructor-led classes, and ensuring delivery of materials when applicable.
- 0-2 years of experience in training, development, organizational development, and/or talent management.
- English proficiency (advanced level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, self-driven, and forward-looking individual.
- Analytic mind, data-driven (preferable).
- Good skills to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Reacts well under pressure; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through with commitments.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Intelligent, emotionally flexible, and tolerant of uncertainty and frustration.
- LMS experience and project management skills desired.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in managing Office.
- Desirable experience in curriculum design and corporate schools.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (speaking, reading, writing).
