Job Summary

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Learning Design Specialist to join our team. As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing learning programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies, including classroom, self-directed, and web-based delivery mediums.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders, HR professionals, and other teams to deliver learning solutions that meet business needs.
  • Help design and develop training solutions for assigned projects, based on analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
  • Design and develop data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
  • Oversee pre-program and post-program learning experiences to ensure a consistent and seamless approach for a high-quality learner experience.
  • Partner with HR professionals and other teams to deploy and execute on processes and reporting.
  • Analyze and provide insights into efficient and impactful processes.
  • Gain organizational knowledge and skills to deliver quality learning outcomes.
  • Participate in employee development and training programs.
  • Assess needs and results, develop new programs, and modify existing programs.
  • Manage the logistics surrounding learning programs, including setting up vendors, building classes in the learning management system, coordinating support for virtual instructor-led classes, and ensuring delivery of materials when applicable.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in training, development, organizational development, and/or talent management.
  • English proficiency (advanced level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and forward-looking individual.
  • Analytic mind, data-driven (preferable).
  • Good skills to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Reacts well under pressure; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through with commitments.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Intelligent, emotionally flexible, and tolerant of uncertainty and frustration.
  • LMS experience and project management skills desired.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in managing Office.
  • Desirable experience in curriculum design and corporate schools.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (speaking, reading, writing).
