About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of specific learning and development projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and track development programs and participants on the Learning Management System.
  • Design and develop learning materials, including content, train-the-trainer guides, workbooks, job aids, and promotional collateral.
  • Conduct analysis and create reports on the effectiveness of all programs and interventions.
  • Build relationships with HR and L&D colleagues to maximize influence, promote efficiency, and strive for effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
