**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive Department Assistant to support the VP & Managing Director of GBS Mexico. This role involves diverse administrative tasks, supporting business operations, and managing office facilities for an optimal work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Department Assistant to the VP & Managing Director of GBS Mexico
  • Administrative support to GBS Mexico Leadership team
  • Co-ordinate and execution of meetings, events, and projects on ad hoc basis
  • Quality operations and records management
  • Support relevant communications activities
  • Coordinate office management and facilities to support a good working environment

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • About 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and vendor relations
  • Skilled communicator and fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in using Office programmes
