Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, and tools to provide efficient and accurate service.
- Meeting or exceeding department metrics while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and adapt to changing circumstances.
