Customer Service Team Lead

253 KONE Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the workflow of the Customer Center.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor and a Bachelor's degree in administration, Engineering or related.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing training and feedback to ensure agents have consistent support and guidance
- Observing agents weekly to ensure call quality
- Coordinating team members to balance workload for breaks, lunches, and meetings
- Assisting agents in ensuring calls are accurately logged and dispatched
- Devising ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Measuring performance with key metrics such as call abandonment and calls waiting
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and SAP.
Knowledge of CRM software, AVAYA or related, and proficiency in English are also required.
