Strategic Business Development Manager for Central America and Caribbean

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to lead all business development and sales activities in Central America and Caribbean. This role will be accountable for the successful sales of our healthcare core administration platform (CAPS) solution.

As a key member of our team, you will sell a subset of our product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning to drive revenue growth.
  • Solution Development: Develop comprehensive solution proposals encompassing all aspects of our application.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales with prospective and existing customers.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers to expand our market reach.

  • Primary Job Duty: Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to customers.
