Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Team Lead to join our team at Courtyard Mazatlan Beach Resort in Mazatlan, Mexico. As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's rooms and guest services department.

About the Job
  • Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication with guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and key control.
  2. Supervise and train front desk staff on Marriott International's service standards and policies.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of front desk operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
