Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including Country, Business, and PXT leaders, to ensure effective execution of country strategy and roadmap.
- Establish a reporting cadence and stakeholder forum for discussion and debate.
- Define key performance indicators and develop metrics to assess strategic impact and track delivery against program objectives.
- Act as the country liaison for global IXT program and goal rollouts.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements in partnership with specialist teams.
- Communicate new and updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, stakeholders, and cross-functional organizations.
- Engage in pan-LATAM projects, benchmarks, and the identification, sharing, and scaling of best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders, and peer groups without direct authority, resolving issues and overcoming hurdles to results.
- Executive-level written and oral communication skills, advanced interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English languages.
This role is flexible to be based in Mexico City or Sao Paulo.
