As a key player in our People team, the Senior HR Business Partner for Engineering and Operations will collaborate with our Engineering leaders to deliver top-notch talent insights, provide expert guidance, and drive people-driven strategies that align with our business goals.

This is a full-time exempt role that requires your presence in our Mexico City office once or twice a week, depending on your proximity. If you're living within commutable distance or in Guadalajara, you'll be our top consideration.

  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Partner with the broader People team to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes and foster a culture of collaboration

What it Takes to Succeed in this Role:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
