Position Overview:
The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to AVIS clientele, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. This role necessitates effective communication skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Salary: 85 MXN per hour, available from Monday to Saturday, with an approximate monthly total of 17,600 MXN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with reservations, answer questions, and resolve car rental service issues.
- Provide precise information about rates, vehicle availability, and company policies.
- Process reservation modifications and cancellations according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Update and maintain customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about AVIS products, services, and current promotions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma; higher education in administration, tourism, communication, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or service industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Spanish and English, multitasking capability, basic computer proficiency, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
- Languages: Complete fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
