Job Title: Fire Protection Sales Specialist

Victaulic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Protection Sales Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for profitably increasing our market share in the fire protection industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a yearly business plan that achieves market, product, and profitability goals through well-defined opportunity matrices for projects, accounts, and distributors.
  • Manage a territory project opportunity matrix, ensuring accurate and timely project management for projects within and outside the territory that have territory influence.
  • Develop and nurture long-standing relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Design and implement a value-added strategy to sell the complete line of Victaulic products, including flexible drop, device, and sprinkler sales.
  • Measure progress with target accounts on a monthly basis, including project successes and priority product sales.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop a strategic plan for sales growth and market share expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Valid Passport and B1/B2 visa.
  • Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services, preferably in the commercial construction industry, PVF industry, or mechanical products.
  • Demonstrated achievements in sales and ability to develop and nurture long-standing relationships.
  • Solid project management skills and self-motivated, confident individual.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a virtual setting with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50+ pounds and willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
