About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our teams in Tepotzotlán. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with business leaders to establish and implement HR strategies that foster organizational development and people growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on strategic talent challenges, ensuring a deep understanding of business priorities and their impact on the organization.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment to drive business outcomes and improve performance.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve retention, employee experience, and overall business performance.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues, ensuring a balanced representation of all interests and a high level of employee engagement.
  • Partner with the global HR network to support business unit initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Plan, manage, and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization, leadership review process, and strategic objectives, including annual and mid-year processes focused on performance management and talent development.
  • Implement, administer, and interpret corporate policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance and effective execution.
  • Monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of engagement and satisfaction, and support a 24/7 environment with multiple shifts and a significant staffing ramp during seasonal peaks.
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years of General Experience
  • 1+ year as human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR
  • English Intermediate - Advanced (B2+)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
  • Experience in logistic or manufacturing industry or distribution center environment
  • Exposure to data analytics
  • Human Resources experience supporting 500 or more associates
