Job Purpose

Maintain the accuracy of inventories and ensure effective control of materials on the floor. Supervise the control of inputs, outputs, and timely transactions to avoid discrepancies in raw materials, finished products, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities


• Authorize the exit of materials owned by Dana Incorporated, ensuring their traceability.


• Perform regular audits and safety checks, as well as implement mitigations to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.


• Monitor and manage Proformas in the billing area to ensure timely and accurate processing.


• Conduct monthly CUT OFF for Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.


• Maintain rack control for inputs and outputs, ensuring efficient material flow.


• Participate actively in Daily Operations Summary (DOS) events to ensure seamless operations.


• Administer and maintain Mobile Equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.


• Prepare and submit Shipment Month-End Reports to ensure accurate inventory tracking.


• Participate in Annual Physical Inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.


• Comply with all company policies, including life safety rules and quality standards.
