Job Summary

The Sales Support Specialist is a key role within Citi's sales team, responsible for providing exceptional support to salespeople, client executives, and clients throughout the client and sales lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams by coordinating internally and preparing materials for client meetings, including developing and maintaining client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Attend client meetings with salespeople and client executives, documenting call reports in the appropriate systems.
  • Assist sales teams in tracking and executing follow-up items from internal and client meetings.
  • Support the development and execution of client strategy and sales initiatives, including maintaining associated reports.
  • Work with sales team members to ensure CRM and other internal systems are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of client onboarding procedures, including KYC requirements and OFAC regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services.
