Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Mexico market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis
- Evaluate the needs, behaviors, and pain points of target customer personas, including end-users, system integrators, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Strategy Formulation
- Develop and implement a market strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify gaps in products and services and advocate for solutions.
- Marketing and Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective promotions and sales enablement tools.
- Channel and Partner Management
- Identify and develop new channels and partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with existing partners to optimize channel mix and revenue growth.
- Offering Lifecycle Management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
This role is based in Mexico City or Queretaro, Mexico.
